Our group had a great stay at Ashe & Ember. This place is a real winner — the decor’s modern and luxurious, with sleek furniture and high-end touches that make it feel like a fancy retreat. Every room’s got that sharp, upscale vibe, but it’s still mighty comfortable. The cold plunge was a neat feature. Never tried one before... it was cold! We soaked in the hot tub, then pop into the plunge for a quick shock, but we couldn’t stay in long before scrambling back to the hot tub’s warmth! The sauna looks just right for relaxing after a day hiking or roaming downtown. The game room was a blast! Too—packed with fun stuff like a pool table and shuffleboard. Kept us plenty busy. And the hosts were amazing. Real friendly, quick to respond, and made sure we were set from the start. We got in a little late, and we should’ve taken the offer to have the pantry and fridge stocked upon arrival with the grocery service they offered.

What a cool concept to enjoy the outside ambience with the hot tub and cold plunge right beside the lit up path. It was neat to sit in the sauna and watch the fire too! The digital guide book they send also took us to some amazing places. We are so coming back! "

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is 4:00 PM EST, and check-out is 10 AM.

Can I bring pets?

Yes we love pets! We allow up to 2 dogs with the pet deposit. The property does not have a fence and you will need to keep your dogs on a leash when outside. No other pets allowed.

Are there any specific house rules or policies we should be aware of?

1) Dogs are welcome with pet deposit.
2) NO parties OR having more than the max guests for the listing at the house at any given time. Failure to comply will result in automatic cancellation and eviction without refund.

3) No check out's on major federal holidays. You may be asked to alter your reservation to the day before or after.

4) Be mindful of Quiet hours 10pm-6am

5) We understand the importance of a tidy home and respect our cleaning staff. Please be kind to them. Be aware that leaving behind any bodily fluids for our cleaning crew to clean will incur a $500 cleaning charge.

6) No smoking or vaping inside or you will be asked to leave and charged the total cost for restoration and removal of the smell.

7) Unless you have pre-arranged a late check out, to ensure our cleaning team can prepare the home for incoming guests, we may charge a $50 fee for every 20 minutes past the checkout time if guests remain in the property.

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
