Check-in time is 4:00 PM EST, and check-out is 10 AM.

How many people can be accommodated?

This home can sleep up to 4 guests. The main house is under renovation and by summer will sleep up to 15

Can I bring my pet?

We love pets! We allow 2 dogs with a pet deposit. No other types of animals permitted.

Are there any specific house rules or policies we should be aware of?

1) NO parties OR having more than the max guests for the listing at the house at any given time. Failure to comply will result in automatic cancellation and eviction without refund.

2) No check out's on major federal holidays. You may be asked to alter your reservation to the day before or after.

3) Be mindful of Quiet hours 10pm-6am

4) ***We understand the importance of a tidy home and respect our cleaning staff. Please be kind to them. Be aware that leaving behind any bodily fluids for our cleaning crew to clean will incur a $500 cleaning charge. Failing to leave on time causes delays in turn overs. Unless you have pre-arranged a late check out- for every 20 minutes over check out time - you will incur a $100 charge. Thank you for your cooperation.***

5) No smoking or vaping inside or you will be asked to leave and charged the total cost for restoration and removal of the smell.

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
