Can I book direct?
Yes! You can book direct, or through Airbnb and VRBO. See the booking options at the bottom of this page.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM EST, and check-out is 10 AM.
How many people can be accommodated?
The main house with Mother In Law Home sleeps up to 16.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please bring crates if leaving pets alone, use waste bags, and cover furniture. Ask us before booking.
Is the dock available year-round?
No. The dock is not usable or accessible in the winter months — Fontana Lake levels drop significantly and the dock is not in the water during that time.
What are the house rules?
- NO parties OR having more than the max guests for the listing at the house at any given time. Failure to comply will result in automatic cancellation and eviction without refund.
- No check-outs on major federal holidays. You may be asked to alter your reservation to the day before or after.
- Be mindful of quiet hours 10pm–6am.
- Any bodily fluids left for our cleaning crew will incur a $500 cleaning charge. For every 20 minutes over check-out time you will incur a $100 charge.
- No smoking or vaping inside or you will be asked to leave and charged the total cost for restoration and removal of the smell.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund
15–30 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund
