What are the house rules?
- We do not allow animals at this property.
- NO parties OR having more than the max guests for the listing at the house at any given time. Failure to comply will result in automatic cancellation and eviction without refund.
- No check-outs on major federal holidays. You may be asked to alter your reservation to the day before or after.
- Be mindful of quiet hours 10pm–6am.
- Any bodily fluids left for our cleaning crew will incur a $500 cleaning charge. Unless you have pre-arranged a late check-out — for every 20 minutes over check-out time you will incur a $100 charge.
- No smoking or vaping inside or you will be asked to leave and charged the total cost for restoration and removal of the smell.

More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund
15–30 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund
